You should never eat, store chemicals, lean on or sit on counters, leave dirty dishes/ utensils ect. Is this a multiple choice question? That would certainly help narrow down what the correct answer is. I just got my food handler's license and there's a lot of things it could be.

The answer is spit or smoke in preparation areas.

It is very unhygienic to spit in preparation areas as it spreads bacteria and can contaminate food. Smoking is also unhygienic as it spreads ash, tar, nicotine and chemicals that are detrimental to the health of others.
